Shuttle service was excellent (once I got it figured out where to find the office at the airport). Staff at hotel was also very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that they didn't have a lot of drinking water ready in the room

Excellent hotel with top-notch service. The room was outstanding, clean and overlooked a nice rooftop garden. The free transportation to from the airport was a much appreciated amenity Which was easily accessible. The food in the dining room is a little mediocre, but suffices if you’re really hungry.

The hotel asked us to call them once we were at the airport so theybcan send the shuttle. After i called at 12:56am, they said it would show up at 1am, I called at 1:21 am and they said the next one was at 2am. We waited where they had instructed us and nobody showed up. I called again at 2:12am and they said they would show up at 3am. They said they showed up but that was not true. Horrible

It is not 5 minutes away from the airport, you need to wait for the shuttle and in the morning, I had to leave early, at the front desk they booked a taki and 2 minutes before, they let me know that the taxi was half and hour delayed and the hotel is in a mall that is closed at 6 am so, you need to walk outside to the street to get a taxi. A disaster. The shower head was irregular and the water came out poorly. I would not recommend this hotel as a close option for the airport.

This is so far, my favorite place to stay. It's conveniently located next to a big shopping center(a plus) It offers free shuttle from and to the airport.

I arrived and no one was there to greet and so I was confused as where the lobby was located. There were a couple of young ladies talking among each other and they noticed me standing there and continue talking. I waited until they finished their conversation about 3-4 minutes to be able to check-in. I was given the incorret room and I was not able to sleep because the A/C is super loud. If you are a light sleeper than you won’t be able to sleep. Location: Is far from the airport. The shuttle took 30 minutes to pick us up from the hotel to take us to the airport and so we end up sitting in the lobby waiting for at least 45 minutes since the hotel asked us to be there 15 minutes before the departure of the shuttle. In addition, I was told by two locals from the restaurants not to leave the mall because it is a dangerous area. I’m not planning to return to this hotel as the price is to high for the service they provide.
