The receptionists were really arrogant and rude. Specially the receptionist wearing glasses and the one with the neck brace. The fridge in the room didn’t work, but the maintenance guy was really fast and nice and changed it for us. My bed had black hairs between the sheets.

If you are looking for a place close to clubs and it’s pricy it’s the right place for you but I there is other places for same service for a better price. The carpet was dirty, it smelled like cigarettes, the appliances where broken, there was a party in front with DJ all night, room service never showed up, the best was good but the sheets were motel 6 sheets the AC was set to a certain temp you couldn’t adjust it for more than 100 dollars it ain’t it, I will try other places.

We are passing through. We started in Idaho and then Las Vegas and crossed the border in Mexicali. The room was a very reasonable rate and reasonable cost for our dog. Our room was directly across from their park and perfect for hanging out with the dog. The pool was refreshing. The parking right in front of our room was very safe. Great little spot for the night. Italian restaurant on site was delicious!

The staff was nice. Bars and restaurants on site were ok. They ran out or didn’t have certain food items that were listed on the menu. All drinks were good. Check-In was good. We need to be transferred to different 3 rooms. 1st room smelt like a sewage line had broke in the room. Second room they stated it was non-smoking and all you smell was cigarettes. Third room is where we stayed and just threw in the towel and settled for what we got and instead of complaining. You could tell the staff was getting irritated with us because of the frequent returns back to front desk. I asked be upgraded our compensated due to moving our luggage around to three different rooms and was told they cannot help me because I booked through third-party, which was Expedia. No one even offered to helped us with our moves. The room we were given was not stocked and we had to find house keeping ourselves. Overall we would not be returning to this hotel.
