It is quietly located on a private road, in the heart of the Quimiac/Mesquer resort (shops/restaurants 1 km away), 900 m from the beach and surrounded by typical sea and marsh landscapes. Private parking on the property.
Unfenced garden of 500 m² with terrace (south/west facing), with barbecue/plancha.
