Everything at this hotel was beyond my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. My room was cleaned every day. The only concern is an easy fix. There was an issue with the hot water. It wasn't hot enough for me :).

I arrived well after 3 and my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait in the lobby >30 minutes. The water in the shower never really got hot. All the parts weren’t available on the coffee machine so I couldn’t make coffee. Bed pillows were flat and unusable. For a premium hotel it was not a premium experience

Perfect spot to walk Beale street. Only negative was public parking for a club next door surrounded the entrance to the Westin making it difficult to get in/out.

Great position!
Hotel is in a great position making Beale street walkable. Staff not particular friendly and standing about talking together. Don’t bother with breakfast it takes 40 mins to come and then it’s cold and you also have to ask for cutlery!

This is a downtown Memphis staple. Directly across from the basketball stadium had wonderful nightlife. If that’s something you’re interested in we did not go downtown. We stayed in the hotel and had dinner and breakfast there. Food and service was very good.

Great hotel with a short walk to Beale Street and other attractions. My daughter and I didn’t feel safe walking around at night so we spent the evening at the hotel which was nice.
