Jonathan was amazing. We asked about a BBQ restaurant and the one he recommended was excellent. The check in process easy. Zee was so sweet. She managed the breakfast solo. And it was delicious. Highly recommended.

This is a very good Holiday Inn hotel we've stayed recently. The room is clean and well equipped though a bit too compact in sizd. We like the friendly staff. The breakfast was great with a large options to choose from and the lady cook Zee greeted every guest at the breakfast with southern warmth and hospitality, adding a sense of home away from home.

General cleanliness is subpar at best. Our room had several issues. Very dirty carpets in rooms and hallways. Smoke detector in room was literally taped on. Shower had a large crack in wall and shower curtain was stained. Found a long black hair in our bed. Coffee maker was filthy. Our brand new truck and 2 others were broken into by smashing out a window at 7:30 in the morning in broad daylight literally as soon as their "security" left in the morning. The one good thing was the desk clerk Alison was great and the G.M. Brent is new and trying to get a handle on things. I wouldn't recommend staying I this area of Memphis if you can avoid it. It's a crime ridden cesspool.

I'll start with the good...Alison at the front desk was GREAT. The G.M Brent was good too, and we didn't see any bedbugs in our beds. Breakfast is actually decent if you get there early...now the bad...our room had SEVERAL issues. The smoke detector was literally taped on with masking tape. There was a long hair in our bed and carpet was definitely in serious need of a vacuum. The shower wall had a large crack and the shower curtain had obvious stains. Every single hallway looked like in hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Overall building cleanliness was pretty subpar...now the REAL BAD...our brand new truck along with 2 others were broken into by smashing the windows out, AT 7:30AM IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!!! Their "security" left sometime between 7:00 and 7:30 and then as soon as they were gone, boom...they robbed the vehicles, causing a ton of damage to them. I would stay as FAR away from this hotel as possible. Their "security" is useless and I wouldn't be surprised if they were in on the break ins letting them know which vehicles to hit. No way would I EVER stay in this hotel again. If I ever have to go to Memphis again, I'll be staying somewhere away from town in a nicer area. The whole city is just a crime ridden cesspool. Been to Memphis several times and every time I go, it's worse and worse. Even with security on site, you and your vehicles are NOT safe.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room on the other hand was gross. Hair EVERYWHERE, bathroom floor was disgusting. Piss and hair behind toilet. Pillows were nice tho……. Would not stay there again especially for the price bs what what we got.was not worth that price……

The property was ok, I expected more for the price I paid. The carpet in the room turned your feet black if you didn’t have shoes on. I liked that it had a secured parking lot. I reserved notes under my door each day of the stay stating that they could not get in to clean but changed the towels and took trash out which they did not do.
