Generous staff upgraded us to a deluxe apartment and the view was spectacular! Apartment had absolutely everything you’d need. Trams out the front were so convenient and parking was easy and included in the price. Definitely will stay again!

Clean and close to docklands attractions. Good value for a family apartment. Kids loved the indoor pool. Free tram leaving from the front door into the city was a bonus.

Beautiful apartment, with an amazing view of the harbour. Only thing I didn’t like was the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, I didn’t get a great lot of sleep. Maybe a mattress topper or a more quality mattress.

Easy family stay!
Super easy location to stay at with kids! Tram right there at the doorstep. Had cot set up for us. Pool and plenty of local playgrounds. Washing machine and dryer in room. Very easy stay.

I loved my stay. Spent 3 nights during the Formula 1. Spacious, clean, comfortable, fully equipped apartment in quiet surroundings, with a beautiful view (21st floor) - free tram to the city right outside the front door. Very friendly reception. Only concern was the carpet in the bedroom was a bit stained - hardly their fault, but I was a bit worried I might be blamed and lose my bond - maybe an apartment condition report could be available.

Great location, great communication from reception. Unfortunately there was washing left in the laundry, Cleaning was very badly done, sliding door was broken, But obviously the place is well used as it is in such a good location.

The most disgusting hotel you can stay at is the Winston apartments. Rude receptions dirty bedsheets and couch. Nothing is like the pictures they have provided on third party websites and their own website. Took two weeks for our bond to be released. When it took them less then 10 seconds to take it. Would never never recommend it to anyone.

My second time to stay here. We picked this one due to location, free parking and 2 bedroom apartment. Highly recommended as it was near the docklands with a tram nearby if you want to go the cbd.
