Location is the key winning point. Room was neat, clean and suitable. Only issue was the location near a guest laundry which had patron using till 11pm, creating noise due to dryer.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Just dropped something between bed and bedside table...didn't had a clean for a while, very dusty and like other places in the room, if you have a closer look. For me, the matrress was too soft. At breakfast i missed some honey or Nutella for my son, no cheese or salami. But overall for one night it was good.

Central location, easy to get around in the city. Room was tidy but position of TV was not abke to be watched from bed. Staff at breakfast buffet shouldnt be chewing gum, doesnt look professional.

This is a great hotel. Convenient to CBD and more. New lobby and renovated bar. The room was a bit dated, but the bed and linens were excellent. They could use a shop for snacks and and other stuff. Staff was great, with a special shout out to one of the F&B managers, H. Our early dinner exceeded expectations. a great value for a property on to its way to the next star. Would definitely book again.

The staff were all lovely and helpful. We were offered a late checkout, however due to our itinerary needed to checkout prior to 6am. Negative is the price of parking. $50 a night is a bit much, should be cheaper when staying with them as it is a car park owned by the hotel. As we had to leave before 6am we had no choice but to park here as other car parks near by don't open until 6am. Luckily the staff member checking us in help us discover this, otherwise I may not have caught it. And it would have made a mess of our plans. He also made sure that we could exit quickly from the car park in the morning. The room was clean, spacious and minimalist. It has been set up to accommodate those with mobility aids. Large tiled bathroom, walk in open shower (there is a curtain, however could be left open and towels and toilet won't get wet! Block out blinds, only light in the room was from the door into the room, but minimal. Or could put a pillow in front of door. We found the location great, close to transport and everything we wanted to access.
