Property itself is very nice, rooms are quite small but they do the job. Location is as good as it gets and staff were very nice, however, they did not honour my VIP Gold status as an Expedia member.

The room is a bit worn out, we booked the river view room but the windows are full of dust that we can’t really see through outside. Just a good place for a short stay as the room is quite small too.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Melbourne
Stunning hotel in central Melbourne. Located near everything and a block or two from one of the free tram stops. There's a couple of blocks to walk from the station to connect to that tram if you're arriving by train, but that's about the only down side. Recommend: 100%.

We chose one of the Yarra view rooms and the view was excellent. We found the staff, particularly the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great value for what we paid. Overall experience was really good over the 2 nights that we stayed at Rendezvous.

I have stayed at Rendezvous lots of time , but this time the bed was like sleeping on concrete. Didn’t sleep very much because I couldn’t get comfortable.Back was really sore when we checked out.

Love this hotel with its old world charm. The room was small which was to be expected. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We did change rooms as the bedside table had food and a piece of tissue. Moving to the new room again the bedside table hadn't been wiped. Coffee or tea stain. House keeping needs to improve. Will definitely stay again.
