The apartment was fine. However, we had to ask for toilet paper as there was only about a third of a roll. On our third night the cleaner knocked on our door at 6.25pm and asked could she come in and clean. We said no.

The property is well located to transport and is a comfortable walk to the action. Great food options and theatre. The rooms are spacious and well appointed but soundproofing is lacking and if you have a noisey neighbour, as I did with an adjoining door, then you are subjected hearing their conversations word for word.

sorry I could not handle no way to be clean
top of kitchenette near sink covered with scratch marks cigarette burns reported by me to the management bed comfortable close to shops and transport no service when requested on check in no laundry but advertised no dustpan and brush I stayed the full 7 days..Just

The room was spacious and the bed comfy but otherwise there are a lot of improvements needed. We stayed for 3 nights. The kitchenette worktop was damaged making it unhygienic. There were no dinner plates and no washing up liquid. The promised daily housecleaning did not happen meaning we had to ask for extra toilet paper and coffee but they were unable to give us milk. The tea towel needed changing daily as did the bath mat and hand towels, and we had to make do as when we asked, we were told housekeeping had gone home. We loved the location but management needs to make improvements.

Our room wasn’t ready and we couldn’t get in until 6pm. The fridge didn’t work and we had to complain twice for them to agree it didn’t work. It was replaced more than 24 hours after arrival. Otherwise the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet with great block out curtains. Not too far to walk to shops and trams close by.
