Excellent location. Plenty of shopping within walking distance. Short walk to Rod Laver arena. Friendly staff. Easy check in. The bathroom was rather unclean though. Visible dust and hair on the floor.

The hotel is well positioned and easy to get in and out. A few issues with the room. One of the down lights flickered. Toilet seat was very loose. Water pressure in the shower was very low.

Great location centrally located to Southbank, however Our bathroom floor needed a good clean and our shower head didn’t work properly, I think it needed to be replaced. Room itself was good.

A little bit noisy, sounded like a sliding door every few minutes which was weird. Also no fan in bathroom and water pressure in shower a bit light. Bed was very comfortable and location was great.
