The property is in a great location however is very dirty and dated. The bathroom was the worst. If you are given a room on level 1 I would suggest asking to be higher up due to the noise and bars underneath. Reception (which is around the corner in another hotel) doesn’t open until 9 on a Sunday despite signs stating it is open at 8 and being told otherwise so keep that in mind if you need to store bags. The staff were lovely but would not stay here again.

1. Spit system kept turning off with errors. 2. Did not have two single beds it was a trundle with no doona cover or extra blankets for all beds 3. Low roof that wouldn’t accommodate a tall person 4. Rubbish in the window sills 5. No fan in the bathroom 6. Only two forks 7. No extra rubbish bags 8. No kitchen sink plug

The studio apartment was huge beautiful high ceilings washer dryer combo in such a wonderful location right near Elizabeth Street I felt like a King the King Bed was a dream to sleep in.

Great location, very groovy old building with renovated and well appointed rooms, and great service provided by the hotel team. Staff were incredibly helpful in quickly resolving an issue with the room on a very busy - and hot - day (a huge thanks to Ashley!).

I didn't like anything about the property. Old and depressing, furniture looking very cheap and worn out, dilapidated bathroom vanity unit, old taps, toilet unit, and shower. Price-wise expensive compared to it's standard.

The room that we were given was extremely dirty. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was disgusting. Tiles in the bathroom were loose and would move when walked on. There was mould around the bath tub. The Venetian blinds were very dusty and these were just the main problems

Staying in a loft apartment on level 5. The airconditiong did not take in the loft area, which was the bedroom. So when it was 34 degrees the loft did not cool below 28 degrees for an uncomfortable sleep. Asked reception on the Saturday, what time they opened on Sunday and was advised 8am. They in fact did not open until 9am and another customer confirmed he was told 8am as well. They do not advertise the opening times on the premises. Due to my oversight I left my keys in the room and due to the inaccessibility as they did not open early enough on the Sunday morning, we missed our flight and had taken advantage of leaving the room cards in a locked box that was now inaccessible. This was our second stay and will not be returning after this experience.
