The hotel met our needs having everything within walking distance. Parking was affordable at $25/night. The one who attended to us at check in could have been more friendly and warm in his aproach.

All very good, with the exception of the toiletries provided: there's only shampoo, conditioner and soap, and they were all awful quality. Four star rated hotels usually provide better quality products and more of the basics you need away from home (like toothpaste and a moisturiser). That is my only issue with the hotel. Otherwise it was very friendly helpful and comfortable.

At check-in the staff insisted on taking a copy of a physical credit card however, I, like many other people in this modern society, have my credit card details held electronically in my phone. I do not carry cards, cash or a wallet anymore. The reception staff member then started hassling the other people I was travelling with to see if they had a physical card. This is a ridiculous policy and you need to amend it to cater to a growing number of clientele like me. What if I was travelling alone? Would you have refused me accommodation even though I had already paid at the time of reservation? Also, the bathroom basin was blocked. They sent someone up fairly quickly to fix it, however, he hardly looked like a plumber (more like a kid on work experience) and he failed to fix the problem. So, here we were, four adults in one room having to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the shower because the bathroom sink was blocked with cigarette butts. I won't be staying at this hotel ever again.
