The outside of the hotel reception area was beautiful, however bathrooms are tiny and filthy. Staff were wonderful. When we were asked if we want lunch we(I) assumed we had a choice with meals, either lunch or breakfast. Considering I booked with Hotel Flowers a room for three adults that included breakfast. I was disappointed that was not the case. I had to pay for breakfast and lunch. I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone.
I booked this place to stay. When we arrived they did not have a room for us. No one at the front desk just a lady who works in the kitchen. They sent us to another hotel/ pension and they told us that it was the same. We ended up sleeping in that pension and the family who runs that business were excellent!!! Nino the owner a very nice person, wife, Ninos parents, sister and all of them treat as family. I saw hotel flowers it is very nice but I cannot say more because I did not stay at this hotel due to no rooms ( we booked the room a month before our trip )I will recommend the pension Bojic you can google it, so clean peaceful and the family so friendly and they are there to help you if it is needed. Hotel flowers does not have a person available to talk to or ask questions … Pension Bojic in the other hand, family are always there. Nino the owner is wonderful I will be back to this pension.
The staff was genuinely courteous and helpful.
This was my first time in the area... I really liked that the hotel was within walking distance to Cross Mountain. Apparition hill was a longer distance walk, but Cross Mountain was my favorite. St. James Church also within walking distance. Great stay!
Great location and a huge awesome breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

First guests of the season
Very friendly woman running the place, almost by herself because we were the first guests of the season. Consequently, most of the hotel was still shut down. That wasn't a problem. The challenge was that it was cold and the heating was not fully ready to tackle warming up the place. We shivered ourselves to sleep at night.
They advertise free parking, but that does not mean they have their own parking lot. It's street parking and we were lucky because no one was there.
Very good place to stay and friendly staff and the staff was helping me during all the stay always present to help you

Lovely Hotel Disappointing stay
Very disappointing as we picked this hotel for its facilities above others: Bar, shop and 24hr reception but non was open during our stay. Toiletries supplied was a hand wash in the bathroom there was no TV, radio or piped music anywhere far too quiet felt we had to whisper. Our room was small with no kettle etc so we spent our time after dinner and breakfast in another hotel bar/ lounge. On the last day the owner asked if we wouldn't mind moving to their other hotel as they needed our room for a large party coming in..as we already had arrangements made we couldn't oblige, next day at breakfast we were placed on an odd table with a broken chair as our normal table was used for the larger party..which made us feel most unwelcome.
On our last morning all the facilities were opened for the large group when they arrived ...If its' 3 or 300 hundred guests the experience should be the same if you are paying the same.
Such a shame as the Hotel is lovely and Food was really nice as was the lady who served us the last 2 nights she was extremely nice & friendly.
We will be returning to Medjugorje but not to The Flowers Hotel I'm afraid as our stay very nearly spoiled out first visit here.
A moderately priced place to stay. Very comfortable. Excellent staff and service that will actually become your friends and i mean all of them. Say hi to the owners son David who is a little shy at first but has a great heart.
The staff treat you like family.
Location is excellent to St James Church, Apparition Hill and Cross Mountain. Kravice Falls also nearby and a must to see.
I was so happy there and did not want to leave.
Very Catholic environment. There is an Image of Divine Mercy one of the Pilgrims brought and they placed in front of the breakfast bar on your way to the dinning room for daily veneration to get the promises of Our Lord and to fill Jesus's Heart with joy at your love when you pass Him.
I would happily stay there again :-)
my mum who is 85 years old and my two sister and i arrived mid day, and a lovely young lady greeted us spoke perfect English. the young man Zodkov was so pleasant, helped us check in and got us drinks as it was a very hot day. he was such a gentleman friendly and helpful.
they could not be more helpful and pleasant if they tried.
the breakfast was fantastic there was nothing that was lacking.
nothing was too much trouble. even the very early breakfast on our departure.
the whole hotel is clean and fresh. rooms are very comfortable. its is an excellent 3star and well worth your money.
i will be recommending Flowers without hesitation and am looking forward to my next visit.

Central location, lovely staff ( very warm, friendly and helpful). Listing of features on Hotels.com not entirely accurate and should be edited - eg no TV, which didn't bother us but might bother some people. Good breakfast, and on our last morning the breakfast was made very early for us so we could eat before we departed. Overall I would recommend Hotel Flowers and the super people who run it.
