This is my second time staying at this hotel and I would book it every time I visit Makkah, in shaa ALLAH. It is close to the Haram (about 5 mins walk), has a masjid on the sixth floor, easy to get a taxi/uber, and convenient overall. The breakfast is excellent. Don't miss out on it.

Very good stay. The hotel is literally very close to Haram. It has lots of great amenities nearby. It has also got a prayer hall. The sound system of prayer hall relays jamaat from haram which is great. The hotel has also got breakfast and dinner buffet. Might have lunch buffet as well but not sure as we didn’t eat in hotel at lunchtimes.

Best hotel easily accessible from the masjid
The experience was the best we have had for the 2nd time in Makkah. Everything was good standard. The reception staff greeted us well. The bags were taken care of as soon as we entered. Hotel check in time was 4pm but we arrived at 8am in the morning. Made a request for early check-in but nothing was available, however, the receptionist kindly advised that when we come back from umrah around noon time he will have tried to find something for us. And he did when we were back from Umrah. The room was very clean and everything was available in the right place. Tea, coffee, water, toileteries, towels, toilet paper roll. The iron was also available in the room with the ironing board. All electrics were working and wifi signals were strong too. Every hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming and looked after us. They even arranged the cab to the makkah rail station for us at a competitive rate. The prayer room was very neat and clean and easily accessible. If you are bringing your parents, it's one of the best hotels for them as no complicated makkah tower problems. Straightforward 7-8 mins walk to the masjid al haram gate. Overall, the best customer service and worth the price. You can focus on the Umrah and other ibaadah and not worry about anything.
