It was pleasant experience with them . Because of rooms overbooked our desired room was not available but the girl at the front desk managed to get upgraded room for us. It was little cramped up cause of 2 extra beds ( which we were not needed) But no issues ,our main sleeping area was perfect. Room service guy( I think his name was Mohammed firoz?) was nice and polite person. Overall nice experience, will book again there in future.

Best of the Best hotel in Makkah
I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel to its full extent. I had received a warm welcome from Mr. Raeed, a front desk associate who gave an excellent service and checked me in . He offered me tea and juice . Mr. Raeed is very cordial , focused on guest satisfaction and very polite and well spoken person. He is definitely an asset to this hotel. House keeping was on time and great service I received from housekeeping associate Mr. Show Kay and supervisor Mr. Faisal. They both were very courteous and focused on guest satisfaction. Breakfast was delicious tasty and lots of items to choose from. All waiters are very cordial and their services exceeded my expectations. Crew Tarek was very helpful and very courteous towards guests. Overall I strongly believe this hotel is under great guest focused leadership and operational management. I wish them well and a great success for times to come . I will continue to stay in this hotel in my next visit and I recommend this hotel.

Good location, clean room and good size! Smells lovely throughout the hotel, super close to the masjid which is very convenient - just a lift down. The shopping centre is also attached and lovely views of the mosque from the outdoor restaurant. Staff were great and allowed us to check in a couple hours earlier! Only issue is it can be quite busy to get to the foyer via taxi!

Hotel Review for Al-Marwa Hotel, Makkah My husband and I recently stayed at Al-Marwa Hotel in Makkah, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we both had a restful night’s sleep after our long days of umrah. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to all tastes, making it a great start to our day. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the Haram, which made it so convenient for us to perform our prayers. One of the highlights was having a speaker in the room that allowed us to pray along with the imam, truly enhancing our spiritual experience. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous, offering a stunning backdrop that added to our overall enjoyment of the stay. The only minor drawback was the shower, which lacked a door and tended to spray water everywhere, but this was a small issue compared to the wonderful amenities and service we received. A special shoutout to Mustafa from housekeeping and Honday from the restaurant for their exceptional service! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Al-Marwa Hotel for anyone visiting Makkah. It was a memorable stay, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Hello when I arrived at the hotel.I checked in and reached to my room the room was not properly cleaned and I asked reception staff to please check my room and let me know if they can change room which is clean they tooked whole day. And after whole day they decided to send room service staff to clean the room totally not satisfied. They excused that its busy area and they don’t clean their room perfectly as their manager mentioned I have to check in at noon and I arrived at night but my room was not perfectly prepared for guests. Thanks

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a charming view. First they gave us a rear view instead of side view of the holy mosque as per our booking. They simply said they there is no room. Later we found lot of buds and flies/mosquitoes in the toilet when we flushed it. We made video of that and showed it to the management and hence they changed our room with better view and cleanliness. It was really a horrible situation we faced. Never encountered such situations even in 2 star hotels

I booked haram view speacily for my pearnts for there umrah trip, only to be disapointed that the room they got had no haram view.. waste of money paying extra for view & not getting.. I would advise anyone who booking for someone else not to pay extra for view as unless u r there urself other then that my pearnts where very happy with the hotel staff & breakfast.
