This villa Ideally located near the sea, 10 minutes on foot and 50 meters from the Route des charrettes which was the center of Saly city in the past.
The Saly road and the main roundabout are 4 km from the Villa.
For various activities such as the Bandia reserve, the Mbour market or the Somone lagoon, you are around 20 minutes by taxi.

The Villa offers a capacity of 10 beds (4 double bedrooms, two with interior access and two with exterior access, 1 bedroom with exterior access has 2 double beds with a curtain that separates the 2 beds). Each of the bedrooms has an independent bathroom except one bedroom inside, they are also equipped with air conditioning.

The property is guarded 24 hours a day by the caretaker who has his own studio at the rear of the villa and not overlooked with the swimming pool or the terrace.
He is at your disposal to guide you and orient you for different activities.

The interior of the Villa:

Is composed of a Vast living room in rounded crossing which brings you to the equipped kitchen.
You also have access to the two interior bedrooms with its bathroom, bathtub and two toilets. One in the bathroom and a separate toilet.
There is also an access to the roof terrace which is not yet fitted out.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas cooker, oven, electric coffee maker.
