Front Desk staff was very nice and helpful, but management needs to take care of the building because it was mold in the rooms. We had to change the room three times, because the first two didn’t have blankets also. The sheets had stains too.

U get what u pay for. It was somewhere to sleep n shower nothing to brag about. It was clean tho thats good. The maids were very nice.

No wifi in the hotel
Wifi did not work. It was necessary for my work to have wifi and I had to go outside to work in a Starbucks. Each day I was there, the room was not totally cleaned. The phone in the room was not working and I reported these situations to the front desk and they were not solved. However, the ladies at the front desk were very kind.

I love Mazatlan
Friendly staff, great location in tourist zone, across the street from access to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby . During our stay the hotel was having a problem with the hot water so we had a few days that the showers were cold , the manager had maintenance try to fix the issue but were still working on the problem on the day we checked out . Nice basic budget hotel in a good location . The next time I stay there I am sure they will have hot water .

El cuarto no era el que reservamos nos cambiaron a otro y estaba muy sucio sin cortina de baño se hizo un regadero de agua al bañarse . No hicieron el haceo del cuarto . Mucho ruido y la puerta de entrada no era de la medida y quedaba un hueco . Pésimo los cuartos no era lo que anuncian en internet muy descontenta

This hotel should be closed due to walls are peeling, cracked, smells horribly, beds are super hard, n sheets are not at all soft. Towels smell used lack cleanliness. No chairs to sit. Bathrooms were dirty with mold on the corners. No quietness - thin walls and NO security!! The customers were loud n children were let run around the halls. My window's view was the dumped trash. The breakfast was NOT breakfast! Corridors floors dirty n no one to attend to customers needs. Should not be operating as a hotel. 1 possitive...AC was good!!! Other than that is a shame. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
