Fantastic Value!! House Next to Golf Course

The villa is about 70 square metres internal size and has all modern amenities including "wifi" and English TV. It is open plan in the main living area and is fully furnished with linen and towels provided. There is a front terrace with great views and an enclosed rear terrace ideal for drying washing etc. There is an outside staircase leading to the roof terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, also there is a built in BBQ and outside furniture. Less than 5 minutes drive is Camposol golf resort with 18 hole course, club house and hotel with spa facilities. 7 mins from the villa are the main shops, bars, restaurants etc. Camposol village is near a new trunk road with easy access to the motorway system.
Please note; Spain can have a very dusty climate and also has extremes of hot and cold, sometime this means that dust can get in the house and make it appear slightly dirty or have a slightly musty smell please be assured that the house is cleaned thoroughly after every guest stay , but we can't do anything about the weather !

Spacious bungalow with roof terrace, well placed for dogs.
Surprisingly roomy, simply furnished property at very end of Camposol facing hilly desertlike countryside with full freedom for our dogs to run and for us to walk kms. Patios a little small but large roof terrace excellent. Very good for warm sunshine in winter. Within easy reach of towns, Murcia, Cartegena, Mulla etc, mountains and beach. Good supermarket, restaurants etc in Camposol itself at about 4 km. Eat fab fish and chips at The Old Market Tavern in El Puerto!

Campasol Villa
The property is located on the edge of the Campasol complex and has great views of the country side and local mountains. The villa is spacious offering an airy interior that’s comfortable to stay in. Although we visited in March and the weather was unusually cold, the villa has a great roof terrace that would offer a fantastic sun trap in the warmer weather. The villa was well equipped, offering everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Keith was easily available to answer any questions that we had. We would definitely visit again.

Very tardy, owner was surprised but did say he hadn’t been out for over 2 years, yes we did get some money refunded, but now have difficulty finding another property, staying in a hotel at the moment, not what we signed up for ? The property was in outstanding order on arrival, excellent location details had been sent prior to visit, all fixtures and fittings all to a good standard. Close to mazarron Port and beach. I would recommend this property and I will certainly be visiting again.
