Disappointed
We thought we’d booked a superior room with a balcony as shown in the picture, this was not the case. Misleading at best. Extremely disappointed and have no doubt we are not the first customers that have been tricked by the pictures. Not good enough. The hotel is rather soulless and lacking in information regarding facilities, dining, bar etc. We had no idea if they even do bfast or food or drink. Liked Cartegena as a destination but on our next visit we’ll be staying elsewhere.

Short trip to Cartagena
It was a superior room which gave you a terrace with a table and 2 chairs It was a partial sea view The downside is the step up from the room was far too big for me I’m only 5ft 4ins tall It was really hard to do There is enough room on the terrace for 2 sun beds but they were not there the terrace is huge Nice hotel great position. Lovely helpful staff The other downside is no pool and you could really do with one in the summer Overall enjoyed my stay and if I come to Cartagena again I will stay here

Great hotel for a short city break, great location, very helpful reception staff. Clean quiet rooms. On site parking only for small cars as entry is via a service lift. Recommend you use the parking by the port. Entrance and parking spaces are bigger and there is more availability than the other hotel recommend parking which is very tight and spaces limited.

Great hotel!
Very nice room! Roomy, great bed, nice mini fridge and toiletries. Iron and terry robes. Wonderful patio with real dining table and chairs. Front desk was super nice and professional. Affiliated parking about a block away was safe and easy (used since the onsite parking was only for very compact cars.) location was smack in the center of town with many restaurants and activities nearby. Highly recommended!!

Close to marina & walking distance to attractions
The room was advertised as premier, but we felt it was pretty basic with cupboards showing signs of wear. Also there was quite a high step up to access the balcony with no notice reminding customers to take care when getting on or off the balcony. However the breakfast was faultless with a good choice of English and continental food and the staff were helpful and friendly.
