This is the ultimate trullo experience. Beneath the ancient cones of Trullo Ermes you will find privacy, luxury and style. A large and spacious property, it is divided into two separate houses. Traditional features have been preserved in its elegantly styled interiors and every modern comfort is supplied. With a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms this very special villa is ideally suited to extended families and groups of friends holidaying together.

The outdoor areas are extensive. These include a leafy courtyard that is the perfect spot for a quiet breakfast or to retreat with a book. Lazy afternoons will be spent lounging on the sofas beside the infinity pool and when the evening starts to cool there is an outdoor fire to light. A well-equipped external kitchen and dining area means that summer days and nights can be enjoyed outside.

Olive groves surround the landscaped grounds of this exclusive retreat however, since it is only three minutes drive away from Puglia’s trulli town, Alberobello, there are restaurants, bars and shopping almost on your doorstep.

Space:

The villa is completely for your exclusive use. Outside you will find a large garden, a private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and a shaded area: great fun and relaxation are guaranteed.
The villa is divided into two independent houses.
House 1 comprises 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom (with a second pull-out bed when if necessary), 3 bathrooms with shower (1 is ensuite), living room and kitchen.
House 2 comprises 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, living room and kitchen.

Neighbourhood:

Occasionally, there could be a farmer taking care of the neighbour lands. However, the area is very quiet and there is a very good privacy.

The price includes:

- initial cleaning and sanitation according to the requirements of the Italian Ministry of Health in force at the time of arrival
- the implementation and compliance with Puglia Paradise anti-covid protocol
- personal concierge provided by a Guest Angel, a hospitality professional who is part of the Puglia Paradise staff and shares our values
- final cleaning, including final removal of properly differentiated garbage
- pool cleaning twice a week, i.e. before your arrival and every 3-4 days
- all utilities
- linen, bath towels and pool towels upon arrival

For stays longer than 8 nights, the price also includes:
- weekly intermediate cleaning, including weekly removal of properly differentiated garbage
- Intermediate weekly change of linen, bath towels and pool towels

The price excludes:
- tourist tax in the municipalities where it is required. You can either pay it upon arrival in cash or by credit card at the time of the online check-in
- the damage deposit mentioned in the page of each villa. You can secure it by credit card before your arrival
- additional services that you may request to enrich your experience, eg. additional cleaning, additional linen changes, additional pool cleaning, home shopping delivery, massages, private chef, laundry service, etc.
