Situated beachside, the apartment is conveniently located just 500 meters from the Cancelada beach, where the prestigious Villa Padierna beach resort is positioned.

Upon entering, a fully equipped modern kitchen greets you on the right, while the left side unveils a living area with a dining table for 6 and a comfortable sofa group surrounding a flat-screen TV. Accessible from the living room, the terrace features outdoor dining for 6 persons.

Ascend the staircase on the terrace to reach the rooftop terrace, offering a fantastic lounge area and 4 sunbeds for soaking up the sun. Please note that there is some noise from the nearby main road on the top terrace.

The apartment includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a single sink. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds, and they share a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a single sink.

The gated communal pool is easily accessible from the street within the urbanization. Additionally, the exclusive beach club of Villa Padierna is nearby, known for its high-end standards. The Mercadona supermarket is conveniently located just 1 km away, and the charming city center of Cancelada is within 800 meters, offering a variety of amenities.

For entertainment, the lively city center of San Pedro is a short 7 km drive from the apartment, providing a great area for an evening stroll.
