Great staff, obviously run by a Chinese group as the menu is all Chinese food, which is very good 👍 On the down side was told they are putting me in a recently upgraded room, however the bathroom sink had had a big chunk off the side glued back on with mastic and the toilet seat won't stay up and no soft close, room 305, thats it, the rest was 😃👍

For the location in Manila, this is a nicer hotel than you expect. Room was on the small side with just a small window not over looking much. But the room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator was a little dingy but no biggie. Bathroom clean with a shower that was ok. Dinning had good food. Breakfast was not bad.

Buffet breakfast is very good . Best breakfast in any hotel. Rooms are newly renovated, very very clean and modern. Large flat screen TV. Swimming pool . Casino on the premises. LRT station is connected to the hotel . Friendly staff throughout the entire hotel.

I really wanted to like this property but found it hard on a daily to do that! Very few staff members were helpful or nice. The front desk and mister donuts were the absolute worst. No communication you need front desk to reset your pass to actually get into your room. Wifi pass lasts about 24 hours then expires o you need a new one and a pass to use the pool. All would have been ok if someone had actually told me this. Not one member did. Then to make it worse I actually reset my room pass to get access thinking it was a fault when it is part of their normal process. So I didn’t find out till the 3rd day that it needs to be done daily. I asked for cocktails and it came with no alcohol which by the way would be otherwise called a mocktail…. And then they had pina colada on the menu but had no clue how to make one. Complete waste of money. The pol has mould around the tiles at the steps. The plant boxes are literally weeds. Just very run down. So many people standing around but not a lot cleaning. Has major potential this hotel but feel management is lacking, Pros Elevator staff were awesome. The security guards at the door were so very nice.
