In the center of it all, close to mall where everything you need is available (sundries, church, public transportation). Keycard works all the time for elevator, room light. Staff responsive. Once I locked the safe but pressed the wrong code inadvertently altering my code and I couldn't figure out what the new code is. Manager came late at night to open and reset the safe. Building starting to show age, coffee is counted (only 3 packets a day), not enough hooks to hang wet towels or swimsuits. I didn't quite like the shower set-up where there was only a half wall, bathroom floor gets wet and slippery and nothing to hang on to to break your fall. Otherwise we were perfectly content.

The hotel is well-appointed and is very convenient to shopping and the airport. The property itself is nicely maintained. But by far and away the best thing about the Dusit Thani Manila is the staff - everyone of them. They were always kind, considerate, warm and polite. Each staff member went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and safe. They are great hosts.

The property is clean and very accessible to all establishments and public transport Some guests in the neighbouring room was so loud even in a very late hour. I could suggest kindly separate the rooms of regular guests from the big groups guests. It took 9 hours to bring the extra bed But overall our stay was good. Thank you

Very friendly staff and accomodated out request for an extra bed without extra charge. I booked 2 rooms close to each other hoping the other room could be with 2 twin beds instead of 1 double because I brought our nanny with us. If we transferred the other room with twin beds, our rooms would no longer be next to each other. So they gave us compli extra bed instead than moving our 2nd room to another floor. Suggestions: Better to have compli bottled water instead of the pitcher of filtered water. Ive learned to be more cautious with food and drinks after COVID.
