The location next to the mall is great, easy to find foods. the check in process could be more efficient. room is rather small. the maintenance of the property/facility is poor. breakfast with a lot of food variety but the quality and the presentation could be improved. i sat for breakfast this morning, most napkins were not straight, made people suspect if they were clean? no cups on my table. room service quite pricy, yet was not matched by the quality. Staff are hospitable both at ground floor, and lobby area/dining area. I commend the staff especially on ground floors.

Een goed hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het is vrij eenvoudig om van hieruit verschillende trips te organiseren voor noord Sulawesie. Ook duiken rond Bunaken is geen probleem. Voor mij een echte aanrader!
