The centre of China town and Jonkers Walk. Great!
A low cost value place to stay. I had room two, small, in fact compact but all I needed. Own shower/toilet with little extras like shower gel and shampoo, aircon, secure locking, queen bed and wifi. The whole area is old and this place is a Chinese house shop conversion. It has character and comes with decor flaws but easy to over look for the location. New owner manager and some work being done every week. The cafe part is a small courtyard cafe across the road serving great Lebanese fare. Very friendly and good service. Other rooms share bathroom.

Good location and but limited amenities
Motel is located very near to jonker Street. The room is clean but the air condition kept making noise so I can't sleep. Do take note that they don't provide toiletries. Overall the stay is alright
The motel I went was totally different from what was shown in your hotel.com apps.
The room was suck! It was only big enough to fit in a double bed with NO space at all on the 2sides of the bed. It gave us a very strong oppression !
No bottled water was provided at all .And the worst was, that was no privacy at all!
We were in the room for just about 10mins, we heard all sorts of noises of washing clothes, hanging clothes, people walking to and fro outside our room.
And also people continuous singing while washing clothes!
I asked for a refund from the owner and was told that i need to go through hotel.com
After that,
It's was great to stay at here as it was a strategic location to many tourist attraction nearby that you can walk in the short distance such as jonker street night market, St. Francis church, shopping malls also at nearby. Overall is okay unless the room is a bit small for couples.
Bad reservation service...Already booked and paid...Then get called from guest house saying that no room available and ask us transfer to another guest house...Already waiting refund for 2 weeks...
Quaint and cosy inn in Malacca. Love the quietness and close proximity to all the stuff along Jonker Street. Minimart and bicycle rental shop are just next door. The young owner of Santo Inn is very hospitable, made us felt at home. Always eager to help in any way. Safety is strict at the inn the padlock is up before 7pm or whenever the owner is away.
Malacca is a pretty place to visit. Food along Jonker Street is great.
