Great location, not responsive host

Great location. We stayed here for 5 nights. However when we got there the AC was not working and was a very very hot week. We contacted the person in charge, they sent someone twice who just looked at it and did nothing to fix. After two days they totally dropped the ball. Never asked if we need it a fan or anything to keep the room cooler at least at night. Couldn’t sleep with the windows open because of the noise. Beside the great location this was one of our worst stay considering the lack of responding to our request. I will definitely not stay there again
