Upon arrival i didnt like that the staff could or would not work with me on my card situation, which left me canceling my room with them. Then i went and rebooked at a lower price and had no oroblems the 2nd time to check in. Other than that hiccup, our stay was very enjoyable. Room was very nice and roomy and the hotel was within the vicinity of the things we wanted to do in the area. I would stay here again.

Needed to stay close to the Airport for an early flight out of MSN. What a disappointment -- the facility was dated, the furniture has seen much better days, and the tile floor had visible stains. Did not feel 'clean' sleeping in the room.

We had a nice stay. A little mildew on the bathroom ceiling and one of our tvs had an issue. Top few inches of the screen were glitchy. Pool and hot tub were nice. Good breakfast in the morning.

Pros the room was cozy with comfortable beds and had a mini fridge. Cons the lighting was dim and phone was disconnected. If they brighten the room and fix the landline I would recommend this hotel.

Someone dressed in black with a hood knocked on my door 3 times despite a Do Not Disturb sign. I did not feel safe, i called the front desk to ask if it was an employee and was told no. I questioned the safety of the hotel and was told no one should be knocking on my door and it was a safe place. They did not offer to investigate or escort us out of the room. I checked out early because of the incident and was told I will be charged for the night. The bath tub floor was dirty and stained black and a dirty washcloth was left hanging on the shower rod. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The property overall was very nice, breakfast was good. The room with a seating area, was spacious, however the furniture (chair and couch) were stained and looked like they belong in a dorm room after a year with 4 partying college students. The leather desk chair and large chair in the bedroom were so nice. The bathroom looked to be newly remodeled, however the bathtub was discolored on the bottom, and a chunk was missing from the lid of the toilet tank. If the items are addressed, the accommodations would be amazing!
