I was attending a meeting in Lyon but had a 6:10 am flight back to the US and looked into a room at the NH. Taking advantage of demand the hotel jacked the prices up from ~$110 to $300 per night with taxes. When I arrived at 9 pm I was told the restaurant could not accommodate more diners that evening but that I could order room service (for which they would charge a $7.00 delivery fee). I asked where I might eat and was told I could go across the street to the airport. I was happy to leave the following morning without a surcharge for the water for my shower.

Excellent experience as check in was easy, we a good dinner meal in the restaurant, a wonderful room and comfortable bed and a magnificent buffet breakfast that was beyond magnificent. Highly recommend this hotel for all of the above as well as the proximity to the airport in Lyon. Wish all hotels were this nice!
