Excellent service at the check in by Anthony who was professional, very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the property. We absolutely love the room, lots of space and quiet. The restaurant on site Les téléphones was gorgeous regarding the service by Lisa and Thibault and the food too. We enjoyed our stay with all of you. We definitely appreciate the excellent service at your hotel in different departments. Thank you to provide this level of service in this charming and historic place.

Beautiful property in a quiet but convenient area. Lovely spacious rooms, which were impeccable. Real bonus to have the heated swimming pool in November. Staff were very gracious and accommodating. A few improvements to suggest: maybe some hotel and area information in the rooms would be good; the ‘international TV channels’ advertised aren’t accessible (not an issue for us, but some people may be expecting these); reorganisation of the breakfast area - it’s a stunning setting but quite chaotic due to lack of space between tables and food self service areas. Overall, a beautiful, well maintained hotel, good value and worth the effort of the funicular to Fourvière. We would definitely return here.

We were impressed with the overall hotel layout as a converted convent and the grounds were absolutely beautiful to stroll around. Not many dining options around the area so we ate at the hotel bar due to not having a reservation at the hotel restaurant. Nonetheless the bar menu in Lyon is superb and we were very happy with our hotel stay.

Favourite spot so far on our trip. Beautiful building perched on the top of Lyon in Old Town right next to the Ancient Ampitheatre and Notre Dame. The staff spoke English well which was a pleasant relief. Would love to stay again

Apparently I need to buy a bathing suit even though mine is new, Staff smoking under our room, disgusting!!! What a waste of time ! Felt like I was staying in a room run by a municipality, stale and felt like a dorm room !! Unable to access pools or hot tubs because I wouldn’t buy a bathing suit from them. Avoid this place at all cost !!! Room nog clean either
