Modern. Everything works. Surprisingly good Pizza restaurant. Dedicated bomb shelter. Air condition worked despite power outage after nearby attack. Good location in the city centre. Some great views from the top floor.

Hotel is great - people working there the BEST!
My stay at Ibis Styles in Lviv was perfect. I chose the larger room, and for just $10 more, it was well worth it. It had wrap around floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking beautiful Lviv, very spacious - it was a beautiful room. What really stood for me though were the PEOPLE - front desk, security, maintenance, restaurant servers, housekeeping - everyone was so outstanding, made me feel welcome, and helped me with any request or question I had. I will definitely return - thank you for everything!

Extremely rude, arrogant and unhelpful staff! Never in my many years global travel and personal involvement in the hospitality industry have I encountered such rude, confrontational and poorly trained staff. Decided to check out one hour after checking in and relocated to nearby historic hotel Atlas where service and rooms was five stars. Avoid Ibis Styles Lviv like the plague.

Excellent modern western style in heart of L'viv
This is a modern western style hotel with a friendly, excellent, accommodating staff and the location is excellent. We stayed with three children and two dogs in two rooms on two separate stays as we traveled through the area to and from Bukovel. The rooms are quite nice, breakfast is tasty, and everything is very clean. Our only slight complaints might be that some rooms are a bit small and the free parking is limited, but we were able to find nearby parking the one time we needed to.
