We chose this hotel because a convention was in town down the st. It’s on the corner, right near the end of downtown so that’s easy to find. We felt safe and we shared it was our anniversary, they upgraded our room AND gave us breakfast coupons. I had never heard of Cambria but I’ll be looking for them from now on. EVERYONE was super nice!!

The room was fine but I was charged more than was what I was told. Also they charged me for incidentals which I did not like. I prefer to take care of that myself. No need to keep my money. Easier for me to keep track of spending if I do it myself.

We’ve stayed at this property on 3 separate occasions and like to return here on our way through Louisville. It’s clean, updated and walkable to dining and attraction sites like the Louisville slugger museum.

The parking is very tight for a pickup truck. There was a huge burn stain on the couch. Looks like someone ironed on it. Got a call from front desk stating they were calling all the guest on the 4th floor because a guest complained about loud noises. Which should have never involved us. Went down to get some snack Front End employee didn’t seem happy about us buying items. I gave it two stars because of the pool. It was very clean and warm. Also they don’t allow more than 5 people in the pool. If you have kids this hotel is not for you!
