The food at the bar was not edible. The steak was too salty and the broccoli and cheddar soup was essentially cheese sauce with a little bit of broccoli.

In general this was a good stay. Unfortunately there were some homeless people in the area and a couple were noticed sleeping on the bench outside the property. Parking is limited as well. Inside the property is well maintained and clean. Staffing was limited at the front desk but no major problems or concerns ruined our stay.

Very convenient to Whiskey Row and the activities in the area. Fun dining options and felt safe walking about. The front desk staff was outstanding and the facilities very clean.

I thought this hotel was beautiful, room was a big corner one with huge windows and views. There was enough room for us to bring our bicycles up to the room so we didn’t have to worry about them getting stolen off the truck in the public lot a few doors down. Stay was perfectly fine, we arrived around 10pm and left once we woke up and packed up in the morning. My problem comes with when we got home and i looked at my credit card statement to see I was charged 250$ usd (347$can) as they ‘found evidence of smoking cannabis in the room’. When i called again to ask what exactly the evidence was - i was told a grinder with some loose flower was found in the garbage. FIRST off - finding a grinder in my garbage does NOT constitute smoking in a room. I’m not a wild animal, we smoke outside… there wasn’t even windows that opened in the room. I was told a ‘special cleaner’ had to come in and clean the room as it was deemed unusable from the smell. I’m sorry, but NO. a grinder with remnants of flower is NOT going to leave that kind of smell LOL. What a joke. Treating me like i was staying with snoop dogg and Cyprus Hille 2nd: YOU WENT THROUGH MY GARBAGE?! How disgusting! I wonder if this hotel charges hockey teams more, cause we all know what kind of smell those bags leave lingering? What about the PETS you allow in your hotel? I am fully offended by this charge, and know as well as any other grown ass adult that a grinder isn’t going to smell up a room, let alone one of this size.
