Basic and small but very clean, friendly staff. Very affordable. Perfect stay for us since it was so close to the hospital. Will stay there again next time a hospital stay is needed.

The staff member was super helpful for us, but we didn’t feel completely safe in the room itself. About an hour into check-in we noticed our room wasn’t locked. When we left the room, the door could still open from the outside. The staff member helped right away, but we were told they never saw that happened before. Since there was two of us, we felt okay in the next room they provided because it locked, but it was still uneasy to sleep peacefully. If I was by myself I would not have stayed even with a new assigned room though.

It feels like motel
Pictures advertized are when the motel was new. Pros: Friendly staff Room looks clean but old and weardown. No bedbugs Quiet Cons: It is a motel not hotel. Rooms looks clean but have a moisture smell and outdated and worn. Not for families. If I had spent $30 more at night, I could stayed in a hotel with free breakfast and more updated.

The only critique I have for this motel is that water gets everywhere when the shower is on, but it's very comfortable and clean in there. :)
