Take note - free breakfast no longer offered
I picked this hotel based on location and the advertised free breakfast. Despite signs indicating hours for breakfast and a map showing "breakfast room" location, they no longer offer it. Really wished i had known that because it messed up my planning and I would have picked a different hotel for my family. To add insult to injury we walked backed to our room after discovering the lack of breakfast to find that the door sensor to our room was broken, leaving us stranded and hungry. Eventually, maintenance had to find a key to let us back in. Can't say I'm ever going to return to this hotel in the future, simply not worth the slightly cheaper price in the end. Only pro was the quality of the towels.

Parking was horrible. Woman staff was really nice the guy was rather rude. They wanted 4 dollars for a cup of coffee in the lobby. Wouldn’t stay again.

I've stayed here 4 or 5 times in the past 6 years. Staff has always been friendly and accomodating - for instance I needed early check in yesterday. It's an updated older motel with awesome style and is located conveniently for me. Always clean as a hotel/motel ever is and things are generally in good condition- I needed the iron and ironing board once and they were in excellenty shape.

Stayed with 2 service animals including 1 for fall alert. Unless given a key word, she barks to alert those near of my instability. We were prohibited from renewing our stay because of complaints and multiple requests for discounts by disgruntled other guests. Hotel made us swap rooms allegedly because of pets, but service animals don't qulify as pets. such a waste

Place was clean and parking area is well lighted at night. WiFi was weak weak weak . ATT cell service 1/2 bar. Nice large TV monitor with plenty of cable channels…Soda Vending machine in the area… Gone are those days were you can get complementary breakfast or even coffee and cookies in the lobby- Now you got to pay up! At least parking was included with the hotel rate…
