I was traveling with my family and needed a luggage carrier to carry my suitcases up the 4th floor. Both during checkin and checkout, I asked the front desk and they couldn’t provide me with that. During checkout, I requested them to look at the camera and tell me where it is and I can pick it up, they directed me to the wrong floor. I took me 3 trips to bring my luggage down. Very frustrating experience.

Terrible service I paid for a room with 2 beds and the room smells marijuana and they change me for a other room with 1 beds they say if I want a room with 2 bed I have to pay more bout I paid for a 2 beds first I stay 2 night and they remove my stuff in the room terrible service I never can go here anymore

Early Check In!
My daughter and I had a very nice stay. We arrived prior to the check in time, and they allowed us to check in early, which was so nice, considering how tired we were. The entire staff was so nice and hospitable. When we checked out very early the next morning, there was no issues. I did not notice the sound of the freeway or airplanes as others had mentioned in their reviews as the reason for the negative review. My only issue was there was no mini fridge that most locations have.

All was good. I would have given a higher rating but the TV remote was not working. The front desk said they would bring but no show for about 1 hour. I asked again and had same result so gave up. It was good value for the price.
