The beds, bathroom and view to the marina were excellent. The bike rental option was great and allowed us to bike over to Venice Beach and Santa Monica pier. A few things could have been better: the tv didn't work and needed a technician to come and repair it. The fridge broke as well ruining all the snacks we had bought for New Year's Eve. One of the elevators didn't work, and the pool area ran out of towels consistently.

Beautiful property amazing staff but here’s the thing I asked for a specific room which was not ready at the time Of checkin 4pm we waited until 4:37 and i was just done waiting so they transferred us to a different room and gave us a late check out Other than that the hotel is amazing clean rooms

New Years 2025
Booked a room to see the Fireworks show at the Marina for New Years 2025! There was a 9pm and 12pm show. Had a great view from the hotel with the water reflecting the lights in the sky.The lounge and pool area ambiance is so addictive you want to stay out there all night.. The Vibe was perfect! Had a Great Stay!
