There was a homeless man hanging out just outside the office at the time of our check-in and for several hours afterward. he was making noise, talking to imaginary people, yelling and also trying to sleep on the baggage cart. He was inside the covered parking lot inside the facility beside the elevator and stairway to the rooms. The office clerk did nothing.

I didn’t mind the minor noise here and there but overall was very calm and relaxing room. I got charged for checking in early but it’s okay. The door safety to get to second deck using a key card was really nice.

Great location for going to a concert and not have to deal with traffic after. Sofi is not too far of a walk and the intuit dome is even closer. Will come back in the future.

We had a one night stay, and I'm glad we didn't need to be there any longer. At about 8am there was a homeless woman holed up in the parking area shouting about who knows what, and this continued until we checked out at 10:30. The shower handle wouldn't budge so we were unable to shower.
