Air conditioner was not working properly but staff came and did nothing. T v had some glitches or remote just dealt with it. We stayed here before and it was ok but the free breakfast was sad this time. The gal was a bit rude she insisted on slamming the serving plate down they were all ready broken. Not a good choice of foods.

Terrible place to stay. Inside the room was a grasshopper alive I took pictures of it. At 3am someone try to open the rooms door and people talking loud like starting a fight outside the hall way in front of the room. I call front desk and they dont anwser the phone. At checkout I talk of all the thing that happens that night and they dont get me nothing , no appologies and the suppervisor was not on site that day to tell the story. The situation with the grasshopper what they say is that could enter under the door because near is a small garden around the pool and is very common. This shouldnot happen if pestcontrol is done and monitored.

This is a convenient location for anyone seeking the area between the San Fernando Valley, Topanga Canyon, and central Los Angeles. The property is tucked away on Ventura Boulevard, and was well-managed and clean. It's more practical than impressive, but it met my needs perfectly.

By the time i went to my room it was super late and I realized that there was duct tape holding the shower head on. The floor in the bathroom didnt looked mopped *someone elses hair on the ground and One of the towels had hair on it. The room door latch Was completely loose barely screwed on the sides of the door. The lounge chair had Visible huge white stains all over it. Absolutely Disgusting.

Visiting nearby hospitalized family member.
Everything was great except for the Tuesday morning breakfast. It was very blah. Biscuits and gravy is a side breakfast item not a main item. Others staying at the hotel shared my opinion. Other than that my room was great, parking was a dream ( I’m disabled) check in and out was fabulous and front desk staff was amazing. Fix that Tuesday breakfast and you guys rule the hotel stay in your area. 😇
