Housekeepers are scamming here. Grimy, sticky, filthy, etc. Bathroom had no soap, shampoo, body wash. No toilet paper and only two towels for a family with 2 queen beds. Also two of the light fixtures did not work and we had to call for bulb replacement. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the housekeepers are not replacing the sheets here. Kitchen chair had multiple tears. Gross and stuff overall. Check in took forever with only one person working.

2nd time staying there! I’ll absolutely stay there again. Top notch cleanliness. They actually clean our room daily even though we stayed 4 nights. Before they didn’t do that. It definitely helps tremendously and helps keep there hotel clean and well kept. If we needed something they made sure to bring it up. Absolutely had such a great stay. The only thing I wish they would change and this is with both visits, is the hot tub it doesn’t even bubble, it’s like you’re just simmering in hot water and it feels gross. Also the pool is veryyyy cold. I love cold but not that cold.

Plumbing was horrible it kept backing up. We were not informed at check in about water temperature. After calling front desk, we were told to try and let the water run for twenty minutes before taking shower because it tends to do this and even after twenty minutes, it was only tepid. Early the next day we were awakened by the fire alarm, we were asked to evacuate, after thirty minutes I was told by another customer it was a false alarm. The Hotel NEVER announced it was a false alarm!! the alarm was turned off, but after a short time it was blaring once again, I was awakened a second time!! FALSE ALARM! breakfast was cold. I called the front desk and asked to speak to the manager and no one was available. My stay was very unpleasant to say the least! My family and I were very dissatisfied with Embassy Suites.

The suite was spacious, clean, and staff was friendly. The breakfast choices and omelette s made fresh in front of us was amazing! Great dining experience to celebrate a birthday!
