Had an 8 night stay, room cleaned once during the entire time. Upon check-in there was a half roll of toilet tissue and two towels for a party of four! No restaurant or room service. You do get a nice breakfast and two free drinks at the bar in the evenings. A/C gets turned down or off at night if temps go down to a certain degree which made it uncomfortable to sleep. You have the option of getting a fan!! Who needs a fan when you pay good money for A/C. Beds were small and not very comfortable. No closet space or draws. Outlets by the bed were not working. Nice mini fridge and microwave. They do have coin operated machines but they were disgusting. Looked like they had not been cleaned in months!! Pool area needs TLC, it is very dated and pool walls were chipping, also only 4 towels to use in the pool area. The gym on third floor was great! Staff is super friendly - especially front desk and the cooks during morning breakfast deserve a SPECIAL SHOUTOUT!! They really were the BEST! With that said, breakfast ends at 9am on weekdays, if you show up at 9:01 there is nothing for you, so be on time!!

The property is well taken care of and looks very nice on the inside. Needs cleaning because there was big water bug at the hotel. They gave us two towels in a room reserved for 6. Could be because we switched rooms because the first room smelled like sewer. We went down to the jacuzzi to find out it wasn’t working. We turned the switch and there were no bubbles because the jet’s were not working. The breakfast was okay…like the buffet style and the omelette bar. Although I didn’t get an omelette cause the line was too long.
