Great but not without issues.
The cabin was in a great location. Plenty of room and was a fun place. Lots of parking. However we had several issues that arose and had to reach out to property management 3 times. Not what you’d expect when you are spending thousands of dollars. 1)The lights were on a special system in the great room. Had to call property manager to get instructions on how to turn them on. The control light switch was in a closet. There were no instructions on these lights anywhere in the house. 2)Toilet paper was almost all gone when we got there and that was another phone call to the property manager. They brought us more the next day. 3) We all took freezing cold showers the first 2 days and called property manager again. We discovered that the water heater had been set to “vacation” mode.

Fantastic Place
Property was clean and in a great location. Right on the number 3 tee box of the Bear Lake golf course, it provided a fantastic view of the lake and valley. The recently installed air conditioning worked flawlessly and the entire experience was worth every penny. Thank you for the great family retreat experience.

Great cabin for a group
The management company provided helpful information ahead of our trip. Everything went smoothly on arrival. The place had plenty of entertainment and space and worked great for us.

Slept 12 but advertised as 17 - big problem for us
The manager was able to get us 4 blowup mattresses but one of my sons had to go to Evanston to a hotel every night as he was not confortable on a blowup and had dog allergies. Property said "no dogs allowed". Being Raspberry Days there were no rooms available at Bear Lake. I have yet to hear from managers about compensation for this.

Nice home
The house accommodations worked out great! The manager always got back to me quick with my questions and was very friendly. The area was beautiful. My only complaint was, I was told there would be fans in all the bedrooms for us to use at night but two bedrooms did not have them. It was very hot at night so the fans would have been nice. The house does get pretty hot.

Perfect getaway!
This property is very inviting, peaceful & beautiful right on the golf course. Our family of 9 adults with 2 small children had more than enough room to relax and enjoy this spacious cabin. The 5 bedrooms had very comfortable beds, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, we loved the pool table and even the hammock swings outside the basement door were enjoyed by us all. This cabin was 2 miles from town so we could ride our bikes with ease and enjoyed the trail along beautiful Bear Lake. Plenty of room in the driveway for all 5 vehicles plus a boat. Thank you for sharing your fun and spacious cabin, hope to come again soon. Palmer Family

Great home
The home was great for what we needed. Clean and right on the golf course. Julie was great at responding quickly to questions, which we appreciated. The only things I would recommend you plan for is that there is no AC. It didn’t cool off in the house until about 3am, so we should have brought more fans. Also there was no soap/shampoo, so we had to run out and buy it. Otherwise, no complaints and we really enjoyed the home!

Beautiful location! I was concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but it really wasn’t an issue. My only suggestion would be to provide some patio furniture for the lower level. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
