Nice hotel and nice room. I wasn’t crazy about the bathroom configuration (toilet was closed off with just a frosted glass door), but it was efficient and made sense for a busy airport hotel. We were there for one night before our plane left the next morning, so it was extremely convenient. Almost no airport noise, so no problem sleeping (despite the extremely firm mattress). Technically, you could walk to the airport (about a 10 minute walk), but with luggage, it’s easier to take the shuttle which stops just outside the front door of the hotel every 10 minutes or so. Absolutely wonderful buffet breakfast. Best I’ve ever had.

Really convenient hotel for a layover at Lisbon Airport. Note the hotel is walking distance from Arrivals BUT the pavement is virtually non-existent and so you are better off taking the shuttle bus they provide, particularly if you have bags - go to the pick up point at the car park next to arrivals and call Hotel Reception to send the shuttle (phone number is 351218425000).

Arrived late and had to depart early. No way to book a shuttle seat - hotel advises you to come early and prepare to stand in line. The single shuttle vehicle has 7 seats. Room temperature thermostat does not permit changing temperature. Room phone not working. Preposterously expensive dining. A trap for travelers. Advice: stay in Lisbon and take an Uber to the airport.

It's location close to the airport was very convenient. However the room layout is strange. The bathroom and shower is open to the room. That means any odours emitter from the bathroom are shared with whoever is in the room.

Was overall good and would stay here againS Had a few mosquitoes in room, likely last person had left window open. Staff was excellent and accommodating. The shuttle is small, so it may take multiple trips to gwt on during busy hours and we waited 20mins for it arrive then decided to just walk and the walk is super easy 5min walk. Rooms could be updated a little and bed is extremely soft and you kinda cave into it (i prefer medium)
