We were there on a 11 hour layover connecting through Lisbon. Perfect location from the terminal. Very nice breakfast, available nearly all night and morning, with friendly staff and lots of hot water for an early wake up shower before heading back to the terminal (only a 5 minute walk).

This is really made for people catching a flight or just arriving. The hotel was clean and very easy to access. I had a 6:30am flight and there was a shuttle starting at 4am. The breakfast was open when I left at 4:15am.

The Star Inn is a good place to stay if you want to be close to the Lisbon airport. You can easily walk there. The staff is great and the very available breakfast is very nice. The room itself is small.

Convenient to airport
The beds were comfortable , the breakfast was good, glass doors for toilet and shower but there is a curtain that can be drawn for privacy. Shuttle to airport every 15 minutes was good but crowded in the morning so leave extra time. Airport is very chaotic and not well laid out so leave extra time for checking in. The climate control is complicated but the room safe is very easy to use. Hotel check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of charging receptacles- shower was strong and easy to use. Not much closet space - I wish there were more hooks-

The staff at front desk and restaurant were friendly and helpful. The downside was the weird bathroom arrangement in room 2014. The toilet & shower were enclosed in glass and we had to pull a curtain across for privacy. Also, the shower floor was very slippery... an accident waiting to happen.

Excellent!
Very clean, nicely appointed and well run hotel. The buffets in the restaurant were shockingly good. Obviously this hotel prides itself on quality food and food safety. We were very impressed with the food in the restaurant (quality, taste, etc.). The hotel itself was very clean, the room was comfortable and nicely appointed, and the staff was very accommodating and polite. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone who has an early flight out of Lisbon or is just arriving and needs a place to stay for a night or two.

Compact but comfortable hotel, breakfast starts at 2 AM. The first shuttle leaves at 4 AM, but there may be more passengers that one minivan can fit. However, the hotel is in five minutes walk from the terminal.
