I really enjoyed my stay! I was bummed out that they won’t allow a person to be in the pool unless another person is present, I mostly travel alone so I was sad about that. The staff was very friendly. They had a great breakfast and the room was totally clean! I loved the kitchen and it helped me save money making my own food! Great place! I would definitely recommend it!

Only thing in main floor end the building light in parking lot were difficult to block out of bedroom particularly for bed closest to window. Shower could use a bit of base refresh. Beds comfortable. Breakfast ok for gluten free - hardboiled eggs. But toaster in room and kitchen so I bring my own stuff. Full sized fridge with freezer a big plus. By a Costco so good for gas etc... target close by too and other shopping. Good overnight stay for traveling overall. I would stay again just different room.

Only bummer was the pool wasnt open. It was the reason we switched hotels to stay at this one. We were able to use the pool next door, but we would have used it more if it was in our hotel.

Great place, and okay experience
The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff was friendly, but would not give extra towels or blankets when we asked. The pool was down for maintenance, and no one notified us of this beforehand.

This is a great stay. Honestly one of the best I’ve been to. I will be back! My only critique is that you gave to rent out the pool towels and they’re the worst towels. Sooo small and thin. But beyond that it’s amazing!

No real housekeeping
Booked in March. Received a message from hotel that there was a problem with my credit card. Contacted them twice about my reservation and twice was told everything was good to go. Called 3 days before check in and everything was fine. Arrived at check in and reservation had been canceled due to sudden problem with my card. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CARD! Used it to eventually check in after long discussion with desk. Very stressful for something I had been told was NOT a problem. As to cleanliness we had to do everything ourselves. Collect towels and toilet paper from front desk daily. They kept saying they were too busy cleaning rooms for future guests that they didn't have time to do the promised every other day housekeeping. So westayed for 5 nights and they did housekeeping on the last night. I know covid changed a lot of policies in the travel industry, but they should still deliver services that are promised. Will NEVER stay at Homewood Suites again! I am also going to be wary of other Hilton properties.
