Updated hotel. Needed attention to damaged areas. Ie gouged plaster cracked window glass in my room. Very clean comfortable bed. Could turn tv off in room but after a short time it turned itself back on throughout the night although i kept turning it off. Need better signage at the airport for their shuttle pick up point.

Overnight connector stay.
Front desk staff is rude and have zero customer service skills. Staff is not upfront. For example, my reservation included complimentary drinks but it was not offered until I asked for it. Breakfast was also included with my stay but again it was not mentioned to me until I asked for it. The location is in a village that is fairly far from the airport. The shuttle was good but if you are in a rush to the airport and was not the first 7 passengers then you out of luck (even though there was a second shuttle parked on the lot). The layout of the room is not functional. The toilet had no sink to wash your hands, the soap dispenser was broken, and rather than walls, the bath room had a frosty glass with no locked door. Hence if you enjoy seeing the silhouette of someone bathing then this is for you. Otherwise, the privacy is poor. There are way better options at Charles de Gauille airport. I would never go back to this one unless this was the very last hotel left. Stay away whenever possible.

The hotel was fine to good. We had so few interactions with staff that I can’t give anything other than 4 stars. They were fine for the entire 2 minutes I dealt with anyone. Biggest problem is the location. It’s a shuttle ride away from the airport (15-20 mins). If you want a less expensive option close to CDG - great place to stay. It’s under the landing path, but new, spacious, very clean, and well built. If you want to tour Paris from an airport convenient hotel - stay elsewhere. Did not have a chance to visit the adjacent water park, but it was just my wife and I so it wasn’t a driving factor.

This is such a soothing hotel for hectic Paris. I took advantage of the swimming pass this time. It gives you access to a wonderful community swimming and gym complex about 2 min walk outside. They have recreational and sport swimming and hot tubs, etc. Wonderful service from Laurent and staff. Clean and modern and I love it. It is in an industrial area. Beef stew at restaurant is excellent!
