My overall experience was great. Upon returning to Property Arena/Casino entrance was subjected to a potential robbery situation. Please review surveillance camera’s to work closely with Metro Police to catch these Scammers or Robbers. That short Woman grabbed my neck and had to push her off of me. She is lucky I didn’t hurt her badly using force.

This hotel was nice overall. Only issue was our sink in the room would drain very slowly. I also had an encounter with one of the security guards who stopped me and asked for my ID when I was just walking around, looking at the restaurants which made me very uncomfortable (I’m a POC btw). I told him that I was staying here and I have a room key but he insisted I show him my ID instead. The other staff members were very friendly though and gave me a great experience!

With expensive hotels everywhere - the Orleans is a great value. They have everything. It's got lots of rooms - typical gambling in the lobby. Was there only one night and thought it worked perfect. Lots of parking as well.

We had a good stay. We didn’t spend much time in the casino but there is plenty to do! We visited Baskin Robins and TGIFridays and also their arcade, bowling alley and movie theater! I was surprised by all the options at this property! The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again
