The property is large and located just off the strip. The casino is nice amd staff are helpful... The rooms are outdated and the plumbing didnt work well in both rooms we had. The hot water took ages to get. The property felt empty in many areas...

The property is decaying and the moldy smell in the hallways and rooms. I asked for housekeeping 2x and never came bed side lamps dis not work. Asked 2x for light bulbs, but everything seemed to fall on deaf ears. Beautiful hotel, just need serious upkeep.

We got a panoramic strip view suite and the room was ancient. Half the furniture and fixtures were falling apart. The shower flooded and half the tiles were falling off. Cigarette burns on the carpet. The curtains were falling off the railings.

Had a great time, however they shouldn't book anyone in the non-renovated portion of the hotel. It is run down, and outdated. Our ice machine was broken & no hot water. They were nice enough to change us to the renovated room side and the room was perfect! Clean, good views & high quality. They did charge me for 3 night upgrade resort fees! Maybe should have done more of a comp a few days before Christmas. Not many dining options. I'd give it a 7 out of 10.
