The main public areas are beautiful and well taken care of. The Pool Bar Area is wonderful. Your staff is very helpful and friendly. The bakery shop has the best pastries and coffee. On the negative side, I think your rooms need a refresh/update. Plus, some of the housekeeping staff did not do a thorough job cleaning our room. The sheets are not up to par, there was evidence of stains (washed) on the top sheet. There also is some mold in the shower area. The room we stayed in definitely needs to be more clean and needs a refresh.

First time staying at this property and I was pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and friendly staff. Good selection of restaurants. Fitness center was awesome, had everything I needed and clean! Only con I would say is family rented a pool cabana and I asked if they could turn on the misters (100 degrees) I was told they turn them on when the temps hit 105. Really? Our cabana server Jay/J?? was phenomenal.
