Our stay was not very pleasant with the room. The room was outdated and dirty. The carpet had many stains. There wasn’t a phone in the room. There was a small tv with only one channel to watch and it kept lagging. There was good water pressure but the bathroom was dirty and had yellow stains. The pictures shown is not what you get. The double bed was comfortable. Housekeeper never came to clean the room. We asked for a late checkout and they offered us 30 minutes for a $28 fee. The white lady in the front desk did not have great customer service. Our last night we encountered with roaches and bugs. This was very disgusting and unpleasant. Overall our stay was ok.

Worker at the front desk was nice and professional. Other than that, the place is nasty. Doesn’t look ANYTHING like the pictures displayed. Completely misleading. The place is dirty, old, smells. Just know what you are getting into if you choose to stay here. Don’t expect anything nice because you won’t find that here. If you are looking to just stay somewhere and don’t care how it looks or feels, then you’ve found your spot. We checked out three days early and stayed the remainder of our trip at the Flamingo… huge upgrade!

You get what you paid for. For the price I paid, I wasn't expecting the property to be anything but average or even below average. Area surrounding the hotel/motel is average, the condition of the facility is what I expected, old, nothing fancy, stained carpet in the room, a desk but no chair, did not check out the TV, so don't know about the channel selections or the TV reception.

Too expensive for such poor quality. The pool does not work and looks like it has been for a long time. It seems like it was made some time ago to attract guests. Everything in the room is dirty and destroyed. The soles of the white slippers turned black after two days of walking on the carpet. There is no remote control for the TV. Horrible gray mattresses with stains are covered with white sheets. All the lampshades are broken and dirty. There are clumps of dust hanging on the air conditioner grill and the smell from it is terrible when it is on. Hot and cold water are mixed up in the sink faucet. There is hair and dirt everywhere on the walls in the bathroom.
