The place literally stinks. The staff knows it will admit it, yet won’t do anything about it. All my efforts to get some kind of refund have been denied. It was outrageous.

The young lady that checked us in was very thorough checking us in, making sure we had clear instructions for facilities, shuttle service to and from car rental / airport and also recommended the Village Pub within walking distance which was incredible! The next time we come to Vegas we wont hesitate to stay with you guys

My flight cancelled leaving LAS, and THE BEST SHUTTLE DRIVER picked me up from the hotel! His name was Clark! Clark instantly made me feel like everything was going to be fine! From there, my experience was wonderful. Clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast! Definitely recommend!

Property is near Harry Reid International Airport and offers long term parking for travelers. We have used rooms there specifically for the parking. The rooms are generally clean but the hall carpets and walls look old and worn. The hotel advertises a pool and hot tub but they have been broken for over a year. Staff says they are waiting for parts but after a year it seems like a lie.

Great customer st
Only an overnight stay before we caught our flight. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle picked us up from the car rental drop off the night before and gave us a ride very early the next day. Everyone was very courteous.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was good. It was noisy due to planes landing and taking off. The top sheet on our king size bed was not wide enough. Every time one of us turned over the sheet was pulled off of the other person.
