The rooms are great A lot of construction going on that's not mentioned on Expedia or hotels.com that's pretty loud that will wake you up at 5:36 in the morning Jack hammering pulling up concrete loud banging. Biggest problem is I am disabled and they will not allow security to push me to the front desk to renew my nightly stays with my credit card and they will not allow security to take me next door to the restaurant in order to eat once a day. They say it's a policy or I'm a liability which I do not believe because the airport pushes thousands of people a day for free no questions asked That's much more reliability. And the fact other hotels in the area offer this without even a question. I've been coming to this resort for over 20 years when I'm at the owners and have always just enjoyed eating here haven't really stayed here that much as far as a hotel but it's adequate they just need improvement so their policies and to have their front desk associates in their staff be much more friendly they're not friendly at all and they all look very unhappy.

The hotel has only one elevator, and every time I need to use it I have to walk a lot. Everything else is good, parking is free, had 2 water bottles are free. Nice staff.

This hotel was quite but not what I expected as far as amenities and condition of the property The pictures are deceiving.There was not a microwave in the room . There is an upcharge to have one added .. parking was very congested . It’s close to the airport which was a plus . Overall I wouldn’t visit this hotel again..

Hotel kitchen and casino is great. Loved the brewery and the reasonable prices considering Las Vegas. Construction on property right now. Definitely will stay there again. Very friendly staff

Worth the money but wish the staff would smile mor
Well check in was a little difficult being that I'm handicap and I can barely stand up for long it took a lot to get any help and when greeted at the front desk the staff just the smile they don't look very happy.

Frontdesk was the worst of all. None of the staff welcomed me and even the one with the rasta hair started to sing a song loudly and told me to “go wait there until Rose makes your room”. I did not know who the hell is the Rose is but 15 minutes later he called me with a finger gesture and did checked me in. Rest was not bad and not the best at all. An average otel.
