Very nice space, location, service and cleanliness... however chairs, couch and sofa bed are old and were not as comfortable. No smart tv... they offer dvd rentals. The microwave and ice maker in the fridge also had some failures.

Our room was across parking garage and construction site and we could hear noise in earlier morning. We waited at front desk for 30 mins to check in because the front desk was trying to get us another room but she couldn't figure it. It was very disappointing.

Checkin took a really long time stood in line for over 30 minutes while I watch owners lines gets speedy check in. Carpet was wet, the tvs kept turning off and rebooting.

Beds were very uncomfortable like one ply sheets- our automatic blinds opened up at 3:30 am Randomly waking us up. Check in area very unfriendly not welcome . The a/c doesn’t kick on u less you walk by the thermostat so at night have to keep getting up to set it off for air circulation
