Our 3rd time here, fantastic location, lovely rooms and the beds are super comfy. Check in was poor and the ladies were rude. The rooms could do with a mirror other than just in the bathroom other than that we loved our stay

We had an amazing stay here and the room was by far the best hotel room we have ever stayed in - it was absolutely gorgeous and had incredible views of the sphere and over Las Vegas. Housekeeping were super thorough and I liked that there wasn’t a casino on site as it made it less overwhelming for me to stay in as I have some sensory issues. 5-10 min walk to the monorail station was super convenient, and walking distance from all the major hotspots on the strip

We booked a studio and it was huge with a great view of the sphere which was fascinating to watch after dark. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping came in every day. The room had an adjoining door to the next studio. This wasn’t a problem until the third night when a family moved in next door when we found that the sound carried and we were awoken by a crying child at 3am and again when the children were running around at 7am. I have nothing against children but this adjoining door is definitely a drawback. We used the pool and always found a sunbed but the pool very chilly even though it says the pool is heated. Great position, short walk through miracle mile shops gives access to the strip. We would stay here again.

Great location to reach the shops, the Strip, public transport, etc. Staff were keen to assist where they could with information. The pool area was chilled and family-friendly (though the water was the coldest of experienced in a longtime) during the day. Security seemed tight too which is always reassuring. Only negative was that I ran out of shower gel on the my 4th day, reported to staff and reception, who subsequently supplied me with three bars of soap per day for the next 3 days?!? But no shower gel! 😁

Great location and the space in the rooms makes it feel larger than a typical hotel. Very easy to walk from the hotel to the mall, restaurants, and casinos. The only downside was that there were plumbing issues on the 4th that caused water to back up in the kitchen sink to the point that it overflowed all over the counter and floor. The room smelled like sewage. Fortunately, we were able to move to a higher floor because we wouldn't have been able to stay in that room given the water on the floor and putrid smell. Apparently about 6-8 rooms along the same side of the hall on that floor were having similar issues. Knowing that, I'm not sure why we were put in that room to begin with. Request a high floor to avoid that issue when booking.

Access to the strip was the reason I booked the room. It is a short walk from hotel lobby to Las Vegas Blvd. The property is attached to the PH hotel and Miracle Mile Mall so lots of dining options are available. Hotel’s common areas are well maintained
